I have played a lot with this app for some days and found that it is a hit-or-miss when it comes to the final photographs. Let me explain. The low light feature is not worth it at all. Compared to the standard iPhone camera, there is not enough improvement to support the high cost of this app. Since Hydra takes multiple shots of the same scene, it is imperative that you keep your hands steady, and more importantly, there should be no moving subjects in the photograph, or else it will be a total waste. Where this app excels is in HDR, again, for stationary subjects. If there is a high contrast scene (stationary), the app does a wonderful job of blending the multiple exposure shots to produce a photograph that is superior to the native iPhone camera. In my humble opinion, this app is overpriced for what it is capable of doing. It is a very niche photography app, and is not supposed to replace your standard iPhone camera.
